During his time in Cuba this December, Mr. Pauer will learn about Cuban music, art, design and culture, with visits to Fábrica de Arte Cubano, Laboratorio Nacional de Música Electroacústica, Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de La Habana, and more. At the culmination of his week-long residency/journey, Mr. Pauer will attend the closing ceremony of the 32nd International Jazz Festival of Havana featuring emerging Cuban artists such as Abel Marcel, Dayramir Gonzalez and Arnaldo Lescay. Mr. Pauer is the sixth artist Miami Light Project has taken to Cuba for the program.
